Who We Are

We’re licensed marriage & family therapists and board-certified coaches (LMFT, BCC) who care deeply about supporting moms navigating ADHD in real, sustainable ways. Our work is grounded in emotional intelligence, ADHD, and the realities of relationships and family life. We are experienced in supporting families of all shapes, constructs and sizes.

This is a collaborative project between Meagan Terry, LMFT, BCC from Colorado Emotional Intelligence and Brittany Stewart, LMFT, BCC from Nested Roots therapy and coaching practice.

This program was created to meet you where you are and help reset your path towards a more grounded and less stressful way of living. We blend clinical depth with practical coaching to help you feel less overwhelmed, follow through more consistently, and build systems that truly support you and your family.

Community
Why a group? Because connection and support is everything in motherhood. It’s also a really awesome way to learn and feel supported with your ADHD.

Positive

While understanding the impact ADHD has on your life, we also believe it can be positive. We know there are ways for you to experience harnessing the strengths it brings to your life.

Useful
We don’t like to waste time. We are experts so we will give you useful & effective tools, resources, guides and lessons. This will not be a course on how to mask better.

Not therapy
This group is not a therapy group. This group is focused on skill building and making changes for your future. We can make referrals for great therapists as requested.
